With an enduring focus on directing organisational change and managing the associated challenges for individuals, he drives the implementation of values and practices in order to create a high performance and customer-centric product delivery organisation. 

 

Henrik also conducts trainings and workshops to facilitate meaningful change.

Co-Author: alexander birke

Alexander studied computer science and psychology and works as a trainer, coach and consultant. He gained experiences on organizations by leading teams and projects in large-scaled IT initiatives. 

 

For the last 10+ years he has co-created and advised change in companies. He is passionate for designing organizations that enable and engage people to create fulfilling job environments allowing organizations grow beyond their former limits.
